The move makes ZenBusiness the largest SaaS funding round out of Austin this year. According to the company, the latest funding round will enable ZenBusiness to invest in the products that help drive customer growth and manage continued success. This includes the ZenBusiness app that centralizes all services in one easy-to-use dashboard.

The app is expected to provide users with step-by-step instructions on how to master business ownership, from forming your LLC and creating a website to tailor-made recommendations to take your business to the next level.

ZenBusiness adds more features for customers

The company also announced it would accelerate its embedded fintech capabilities through new product features that help customers manage their finances, including creating a custom, guided journey to get every customer to their first dollar of revenue faster.

The updated offering provides customers with an integrated platform to manage all financial-related organizational needs. They can also link their bank account, automatically categorize expenses with AI, and send invoices – all at no cost. In addition, users can collect payments through invoices or through e-commerce sites and file their taxes using software or a CPA.

“Just like Shopify did for e-commerce, ZenBusiness creates the category-defining solution for the services industry, by providing an easy-to-use platform with built-in fintech solutions so entrepreneurs can turn their ideas into realities that make money. We take care of the ‘business stuff’ so our customers can focus on their passion and build the life they want without stress and without sacrificing their well-being,” said Ross Buhrdorf, founder and CEO of ZenBusiness.

In addition to funding news, ZenBusiness has announced that billionaire investor Mark Cuban will join the company as a passionate advocate and spokesperson to accelerate the company’s transformation into a trusted and beloved brand for entrepreneurs. Known worldwide as one of the sharpest minds in business, Cuban will partner with ZenBusiness to make the brand a synonym for entrepreneurial success.
